SPECIAL CIRCULAR 20 November 2020
Subject : Admission Test 2020 for Admission to Class V in 2021
All the students appearing at the Admission Test seeking admission to Class V and their guardians are hereby informed that the Test will be held as mentioned earlier in Bengali/Hindi, English and Mathematics. It will start at 12.30 pm but end at 2.30 pm (duration : 2 hours). Full marks in each subject will be 40 instead of 50 and time to be allotted for each subject will be 40 minutes. The examination dates will remain unchanged.
All concerned are requested to note it.
Guardians who took print out of the Admit Card on or before 19 November 2020 are requested to take take print out of the Admit Card once again and carry the same to the examination centre.
Guardians are further requested to note that preferably one person may accompany the candidate while coming to the examination centre. Candidates are required to report to the examination centre at 11.30 am (instead of 12 noon as mentioned in the Admit Card).
Undermentioned COVID-19 related instructions should be followed strictly.
Instructions for the Students
- Carry pocket hand sanitizer (50 ml) in transparent bottle.
- Wear medically viable face mask to cover your mouth and nose.
- Carry transparent water bottle for personal use.
- Do not carry any writing clipboard.
- Follow social distancing norms strictly.
- Do not exchange or lend any articles to any one in the examination hall.
- Maintain good hygiene in toilets during and after use and do not touch eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands.
- Do not shake hands or hug at any cost while greeting.
- Do not spit in public places.
- Seek advice on COVID-19 from your parents while coming to appear for the examination.
Instructions for the Guardians
- Carry pocket hand sanitizer.

- Carry water bottle for personal use.
- Follow social distancing norms strictly.
- Use safe mode of transportation for coming to the examination centre and going back home.
- Refrain yourselves from spitting in public places.
- Do not make rush / crowd at entry or exit at the gate of the examination centre and maintain social distance during entry and exit of the candidate.
- Advise your ward on COVID-19 and ask him to follow the instructions mentioned.
Guardians are further requested to ensure that the candidates should carry the Admit Card (not to be laminated or covered) in hand at the entry gate and they should carry writing materials (pen, pencil, scale, compass, eraser, pencil sharpner etc.) in a transparent pouch or box.
